Prism seeks to increase awareness and understanding while removing workplace barriers for all orientations, identities, allies, and those interested in learning more.

Mission

To build and shape a better future for LGBTQ+ Slalomers and our allies by cultivating fiercely human authenticity in our lives and work.

Objectives

Partner with local community organizations supporting all orientations, identities, and allies.
Create engaging educational experiences for all Slalom employees to deepen their understanding of LGBTQ+ identities, experiences, and history. PMake space for a workplace culture of belonging and authenticity through coaching and collaboration.
Drive internal connection and collaboration globally at Slalom.

The LGBTQIA+ community has seen a lot of positive change in recent years, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done.
