Unidos provides community for Slalom's Hispanic and Latine team members, allies, and those interested in learning more.

Mission

To grow a vibrant community of Hispanic and Latine professionals who build relationships, share knowledge, and empower each other to thrive - within Slalom, in our communities, and beyond. 

Objectives

  • Connect: Build connection between Unidos team members, Slalom communities, and the local communities where we live and work.

  • Educate: Lead global cultural awareness and education initiatives, holding space for all team members to explore and engage with Hispanic and Latine cultures. 

  • Cultivate: Partner to identify and expand access to opportunities at Slalom and within our communities for qualified professionals.

I feel a natural connection to the Hispanic/Latinx community at Slalom because growing up in the Cuban culture made me who I am today. Being a part of this community at Slalom feels like coming home.

Unidos has allowed me to meet people from my cultural background and also helped me understand other folks’ culture. I’ve met many allies who are truly interested in the Hispanic culture and looking to understand how we are all different.
